Our Story
Phenom started with two student-athletes who saw the power of great content, and decided to build something better for everyone.
The Origin
As high schoolers, co-founders Cole and Miles were both soccer goalkeepers, playing at the club and varsity level while creating content for their teammates.
In 2021, Cole and Miles noticed their school's Varsity Lacrosse team posting low-quality graphics. As a senior and freshman, they offered to take over after the first game and ended up producing all the visuals for the season.
That one project turned into something bigger: a media movement that covered all 21 varsity teams with season-long graphics, game footage, media day photoshoots, and senior posters.
Progression
What started as a side-hustle evolved into full creative support for elite teams, college recruits, and eventually NIL agencies — delivering everything from highlight reels to commitment graphics and branded athlete content.
Why We Exist
Too many creators go undiscovered. Too many moments go uncaptured. We’re here to change that.
The Problem
Despite growing demand for sports content, there’s no go-to platform for finding or hiring sports creatives, especially in youth and collegiate spaces.
Talented freelancers struggle to find consistent work. Teams spend too much flying in creators and booking them hotels — or miss out altogether. Last-minute needs go unmet. Opportunities are lost on both sides.
